Hiding Royal Gramma

So I added a Royal Gramma to my DT last Wednesday. When I netted him in, he went straight for the rockwork. Here we are a week later and I have yet to see him except for 5 seconds the day after I added him. Should I be concerned?
All my fish are considered peaceful (clowns, gob and anthias) so I don't think anything is scaring him.

Has anyone else had this kind of experience with Royal Grammas? I tested the ammonia, nitrites and nitrates and everything came out normal so I don't think he's dead. I just don't know if he's eating.

He'll come out when he feels safe. Mine was the same way.

Mine was the same also, now a few months latter he thinks he is king of the tank.

he should be fine. I have a mated pair and they were the first fish in my tank. They were small and hid alot the first week. Now the male attacks my hand when I get near his nest!

Officially two weeks since I last saw him. That's the least amount of enjoyment I have ever had from buying a fish.
