High amp powerbar question

I have a high amp powerbar that I use to control my metal halides. I was wondering is there a way to turn the two sockets on that powerbar on/off at separate times? I would like to put my T5's on that powerbar when my new light arrives. I did not know if I was going to have to buy a new high amp bar. Can t%'s be connected to a regular digital powerbar?

Wellington, the High amp powerbar can't be controlled individually... I bought 4 for me setup...
