Hippo tang with ich in quarantine

Hello I have hippo tang with ich, he's in my quarantine tank / hospital tank, I've been treating with copper and still no positive out come. He's in there with a pinktail triggerfish and Dragon wrasse, other fish have no symptoms. Pinktail did a couple weeks ago but is cured. He's eating like a pig and not scratching at all.0 ammonia, copper .05, I'm using cupermine but ich has not fell off. My QT tank is a 30 gallon. Any advice would really help, because I really want to move the other two back to the display.

Definitely don't move the other two to your display until no fish in qt show any signs of ich for at least a few weeks. Did all of the fish come out of the display? If so, are there still fish in the display?
