This continues to happen any new remedy? Last I heard lack of vitamin c and stray voltage in the tank.

Everything imaginable has been said to cause HLLE. The latest is carbon: I doubt anyone knows for sure. Good diet, vitamins, pristine water, and plenty of room will almost always get rid of it---but it takes time.
