I found this little bugger on a new frag of RPE's I just got. It looks like some sort of worm, it has a bunch of little tentecals that it was using to pull itselfaround with. I posted a pic but sorry for the poor quality as all I have is a point and shoot.

did a little searching the net, found the answer I was looking for. It is a spaghetti worm. Ugly looking thing for sure, seems to be a harmless worm. Either way it never had a chance to make it into the tank, I didn't want to take any chances before making an ID.
