I found these red and white tube thing in between polyps. I first thought they are feather duster worm, but nothing coming out at the end of the tube.

Should I pick them out with a tweezer?

They reduce the skeletal growth and survival of stony corals by 81 and 52% respectively based on a study by Jeffrey Shima and his colleagues on the island of Morea. Coral Crabs will help to reduce their population in aquariums.
