I just found this on the glass, it's now setting in a jar, awaiting it's future:) Not taking anymore chances, when I see them, I'm getting them!

I'm assuming it's some sort of star fish, just thought it was strange that it only had 3 legs, however it looks like there is 4 smaller ones as well, but there very tiny.

I got em in my tanks and have never had anything bad happen. Been at least 9 months (since I have been in hobby).

I have tons in my 65 and they are usually fine but I have had problems with them attaching to the heads of certain zoos. Better safe than sorry.

Also called the Asterina star...they are common hitchhikers and there's lots of speculation that they may indeed be coral eaters, but I personally haven't seen it, Chris. I usually toss them in the sump.

That's actually where he/she is now. I decided instead of killing it, I would just throw it into the fuge, where I can keep a closer eye! :)

Great!! You know how I am about killing things. I hate to think of some of the stuff living in my sump. Could probably shoot a horror film based on it;)
