Hole in Head Disease

Hey I have a yellow tang and he is sick. Its like around his face the skin is coming off and its turning all pink around his head.

Is there anyway to cure this? Is it contagious?

If it is Hlle the best way to help is to provide a nutritous diet. Nori soaked in garlic and selcon would be best. Ive heard of many people completely turning this around. The fish will probably have some scarring once he's better. I dont think its contagious either.
