horrible timing with my sick fish

well today i find out that two of my fish are infected with flukes. now here is the issue, I'm leaving the country for 3 weeks today also and i was hoping that the only thing my family would have to do is just feed my fish. my reef tank is my responsibility and my family don't know how to do anything more complicated then feeding the fish. so here is what I'm thinking about doing

1) tell my family to add prazipro for the recommended duration and then add carbon to hopefully remove the medication

or

2)let the flukes run its course and hopefully not infect the fish with stronger immune systems

hopefully you guys can help lead me in the right direction

PP is reef-safe, so you can just dose it now before you leave. It will stop having any effect after 2 days, so running carbon is completely optional.

Have them do a 2nd dose around 7 days later, but you could just do that second dose when you return if you felt more comfortable.
