How can i kill my flame angel !

Hi

I have flame angel and its in my SPS tank and start to nip on all my corals ! i use fish trap and i can't catch him , i don't feed him from two month and still healthy and strong ! how can i kill him

Wow....how about you trap him and find him a good home, maybe trade for more SPS corals?

+1 for the post above! If you cannot trap him yourself maybe enlist some help. He is only doing what is natural for him. He didn't ask to be put into your tank in the first place.

Please don't ever kill a fish because of something like this...the hobby is big enough that there is always someone who would take it off your hands, especially if its free. There just isn't any need to murder innocent animals.

Put the trap in the tank and put food in the trap the fish will learn to go in. I put a trap in my tank usually once a month for a few days, some of the fish go in before I even get the food in.

I have kept Flame Angels in the past with no problems to sps. Find a good feeding schedule with a variety of food and maybe he will leave them alone..

The fish is eating his SPS so he stops feeding the fish, forcing it to eat MORE of his SPS to survive...:lolspin:

Were did you get the plexi glass box? I have some decent size fish....

I made it.

I had an 8.5" male scribbled and a 6 inch blueline that could both fit in my box.
