how do I connect PC to AC3 ?

Whats the best and easiest way to connect my laptop to the AC3 and use Aquanotes Lite?

The only way is through the Ethernet port. The serial connection is not supported on the AC3 and AC3 pro.

You can connect through a switch, a router/gateway or directly if you use a crossover ethernet cable.

Gotcha...I'm going to get a wireless game adapter I guess...Have you done this ?

Something similar. I have a wireless router configured as a wireless ethernet bridge (like a game adapter) connected to my AC.
