How do I do this: Feed Pause + ?

I am setting up my controller and would like it that when
I press the feed button it stops the Circulation Pumps
and the Skimmer (That’s the easy part).

After a set time I would like the Circulation pumps to come
back on, Followed by the Skimmer a few minutes later.

i.e.:

Press feed button, the Pumps and Skimmer stop,

5 minutes later the Pumps start back up,

Another 5 minutes later the Skimmer starts back up.


This gives the food a chance to get back up in the water
so the fish will go after it before the skimmer sucks it out.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
