how do I feed brain, and what?

What type of brain coral are you talking about?
I have an open brain coral that I feed once every 5 or 6 days, and when I do I use tongs to feed it a small chunk of silverside.
When it was smaller I used to stick a 2-liter pop bottle top over it, and sprinkle mysis or krill on it.
