About two weeks ago my reef tank had gotten ich and I lost an angel as well as a hippo tang to it. My clownfish, lawnmover blenny, and clown goby are all the fish in the tank and all show no signs of ich. I was told to get rid of the ich all I coudl do was let the tank sit for about 6 weeks. Is it alright to let these fish stay in the tank as long as they are healthy while I wait for the ich to go away? And at the end of the 6 weeks is there any way I can check to see that the ich has died in the tank?

you will have to remove the fish- treat them in another tank and let your current tank sit without fish for at least 6 weeks..
the other fish need to be treated with copper or hyposalinity
.. lots of good reading here
