how do i make Reef Ceramic Rocks?

i want to know what i would need to uses to make Reef Ceramic Rock like these ?

You may have already seen this little how-to, but it looks as if some of the same materials are used to make these as well. In addition, this site has a movie showing you some of the steps. The corner pieces and panels were obviously made on a form, to which you could adapt this technique. Good Luck!
