How do I remove (3) GBTA's from their rocks??

I bought/traded for the GBTA a few months ago from a friend, who's tank was getting too small for this monster. Fully opened, it was about 6" in dia. Since then, it has split into four pieces. I have been feeding it very well, but due to it's relocation to the top of the tank (prime SPS real estate) I have decided to part ways with all of them. One I sold already mounted to a rock. How do I remove the others from a rather large rock in my tank?? Someone suggested ice cubes. I don't like the idea of pointing my Seio 1500 at it. Any suggestions??

Pointing current at it wont work that well, the hang on through tidal waves an hurricanes. The ice thing does work.

I have an RBTA that I removed from a rock yesterday. Pointed a small powerhead at it and in about 2 hours it was easy to remove from the rock. It had it's foot buried in a deep hole in the rock so this was the only way to remove it. Worked very well and no damage to the anemone!
