How do I test a T5 ballast?

My T5s went out and need to know how do I test my ballast to see if it is working or if the endcaps are the problem. They were working until I unplugged them and plugged them back in.

It is the advance ballast and it has 6 wires coming out (2 Red 2 Blue and 2 yellow)
