How do the new Red Sea tests stack up?

Not my preference. I prefer Elos, Salifert, Hanna. Yes they are more $, but I seem to get more consistant results. Took me a while to build up the collection of them though. I started with Hagen though FWIW, which is way below the Red Sea IMO.

I like the Red Sea test kits for nitrites, nitrates & calc. I did NOT like the test kit for alkalinity. It gives you a blurred range of colors and doesn't help you decide and it doesn't give it to you in dKh. I like the API Kit for alkalinity. Until I got my Hanna 736 colorimeter for phosphorus, I used to use an Elos Test Kit for phosphate and I liked that better than the Red Sea. It's supposed to read lower values in the 0-0.2 ppm range.
