Hi, i work at a company that manufactueres pH probes. you must store in a liquid (a buffer is good, but DI H2O will do). another important thing to consider is that the connector end be elevated relative to the sensor end. there is a gel inside and if an air bubble is allowed to migrate to the reference electrode your reading will be off.
and most important: don't forget to calibrate!
