How do YOU clean your glass?

What size mag float do you use? I have a glass tank. The 25A Mag Float designed for glass or the larger 130 or 360 for glass AND acrylic.

I've been using a DIY - razor blade on a stick. Works great, but I imagine these magnets work good too. Right? How does everyone else keep thier glass clean?

I use a mag float for general maintenance of the glass. It doesn't do a thing for coralline though. I use a straight razor for that.

I use a pirahnna mag cleaner, much better than a mag float.

razorblade mostly, only use the mag float to hold Nori and seaweed up for my tang...

No it's not bad to scape off coraline. Some people like to keep it on the back glass. I personally don't like how it looks.

nope, not bad at all. I hate it when it starts to cover my glass, front, back, side...it grows EVERYWHERE!!!

I just leave the mag attached and the kids do all of the everyday film cleaning for me.

What is the quickest (and safest) way to clean coraline off the glass when there is no water in the tank. I recently purchased a used tank, and this stuff is everywhere.

also how are you guys using a straight razor? Did you buy one on a handle for this purpose, make your own handle, stick you hand in?

soak with vinegar then scrape off with a razor blade. Wear a leather work glove if you are worried about cutting yourself
