How do you save your current graph?

This should be simple but I am not getting it. When I am on the Ecosmart live page, under schedule options, the button to export schedule but mine is grayed out(inactive). The other two buttons work....
I would like to save my current schedule in case something gets messed up.
What am I missing?

It's something about giving ESL permission to access your HD I had the smae problem. Never could fix it bc there is also a glitch in the software. No big surprise that bc it's full of bugs

Maxxdog,

Are you using Google Chrome when trying to save the schedule? If not, I would highly recommend doing so.

Nope....

I am using firefox and everything else seems to work as it should. Do I have to run chrome to make it work?
