Biecacka,

Thank you for your post. A signature is not normally required to receive a live order. To prevent the package from being exposed to extreme temperatures at delivery, we can certainly arrange to have the package delivered to an alternate/work address or to a local FedEx location to be held for pickup. If we can be of additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you,
Corey

Corey just a fyi, you can call Fedex and ask them to hold the package at their facility. I do this at times and pick up first thing in the morning to keep my animals off the truck and driving around all day.

when i ordered it i had them hold it at fed ex for me Amanda, they however didnt call my cell phone. so my fish sat there for 9 hours or so, and they all lived!!!!! im working on a second order b4 the years end.

Biecacka,

Thank you for your post. We are glad to hear that your order arrived in excellent health, and hope that the specimens make excellent additions to your aquarium.

We apologize, as local FedEx facilities are unable to directly contact recipients when a package is available for pickup. To verify if the package is available, you will need to contact the facility directly. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
