How hard to get these off the tile..

I bought these and they have almost doubled in size in the last month or so it seems. Problem is...they are on this flat "tile". How hard would it be, and how would I do it...if I wanted to get them off this tile and glue them to some live rock in my tank? Help!

Slip a razor blade under, outta be fine, might lose a couple, but they will grow right back.

Or, if they are growing that fast, let em cover the tile, and glue to whole tile onto your rock...

I was thinking of gluing the tile to a rock but I don't have and flat spots on my rocks at all. Guess that don't really matter though
