how high can your snowflake jump

so how high does a (or your) snowflake eel jump? im building a hood for my tank because i purchased medusa (my eel) yesterday and she has jumped 2 times already, right now there is a temparary mesh top on but i would like to make a wood one. I ask because i would like to put holes for ventalation and dont know how high i need to put it. I think medusa jumped about 5in while she was in the bag getting acclimated.

You should have the entire top covered... you can use porous material for gas exchange, but it still needs to be covered.

ok, so i have some window mesh made from fiberglass, ill put them over the holes. im also wondering how should i aproach fans? will they jump into the fan? do i need to cover it?
