How long can Zoas closed?

Hi, I'm fairly new at this, but I have a colony of Zoas that when I first got them were opening like champs. I had a bloom of Dinos a couple of weeks back, and since then they have stayed closed. I saw that there were some brown algae growing around them, so I gave them a Coral RX dip and tried to dislodge most of the algae. It doesn't look like that really did anything though.

The polyps are staying plump and still colored, but not opening at all. My water param is as follows:
Temp 77.3
PH 8.0
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20 ppm
Calcium 400
Alk 219
Phosphate .05

Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what to make of your alk number. I'm used to seeing something under 10

Oh, right. It's actually expressed in CaCO3 terms. It corresponds with 12 dKH

Just give them time. Don't move them around in the tank. Let them adjust to one area possibly low flow with medium light.

12 dkh is really high. Mine stays more around 9. Calcium could use a bump up slightly, but not bad, whats Mag numbers? They are probably irritated from the combination of algae and dipping. Just leave them be, if they don't happen to open after a couple weeks, try moving them to a different spot. The more you mess with them, the greater the chances of them closing up.
