for zo's to "multiply" or spread on a piece of LR (assuming optimal water quality/conditions)?

Well it will vary depending on conditions and type of zoa/paly you have. I have had them grow a few polyps a week and on the other end not grow a polyp in months.

Some grow really fast and others very slow.
