How much do you feed?

Hi Guys,
My tanks is jbj 28gal 5 fish medium size 2-3 inches (i know my bioload is big)
I have been feeding my tank 3 times a day usually and going trough a whole cube (Different foods) a day or so is that to much? Different foods
See I want to keep my fish happy/healthy thats why i do smaller feedings but 3 times a day.

How much you guys feed?

You're feeding way to much. About a quarter cube every day or every other day is plenty for 5 fish.

If you are feeding three times a day, you should be doing daily water changes also or you will have some major algae bloom.

Wow that means my fish ill have to be starving all day?
I was thinking that 1 time a day is not enough hungry fish= stressed fish= ICH

He feeds a cube a day, I don't see any algea problems in his tank.
