how much pump for 240

just got new 240 tall from glasscages ,awesome tank.
what is a good gph pump needed . getting new
parts for this tank and want good reliable and quiet external
pump.what kind of water turnover does this need to be.

For mine that i will be getting from glasscages i am going to use a Dart on a closed loop and then a Dart or something a little smaller for the fuge/sump return. What is the dimensions of the overflow? You can put GPH estimates in the calculator below until you get the GPH rating for your overflow and then you can go from there. Can you post some pics of that tank? I would like to check out the build quality.
