How much should I feed and "empty" tank?

My 75g DT has only live rock (growing coralline) and 5 or 6 hermits. My sump has an 8-pound piece of live rock loaded with a few more hermits, worms, tiny stomatella, and feather dusters. IT also has a few mushrooms and some GSP.

While I wait to stock the tank further, how much food (I have pellets, mysis, cyclopeeze) should I feed to keep the animals and cycle alive? I dose MB7 every Sunday. Thanks!

I would just give a portion of omega one sinking algae wafers every couple of days. I used to split mine into 4 and give a wedge. This will probably feed the feather dusters too as this stuff spread a little and is made with spirulina. I just wouldn't over do it, maybe 2 times a week do this.

Nothing I have in stock, eh, haha? Do you think such infrequent feedings will fuel the bacteria in my tank? I want my next fish to survive! ;)
