how much slimmate in a day?

I have a 90 gallon reef aquarium set up. In the sump I have a Red Sea Berlin Turbo Classic protein skimmer.

It doesn't seem to produce very much slimmate. Somedays it doesn't produce any.

Does a protein skimmer constantly produce slimmate? Or does it make a difference how clean or dirty your water is?

depends on a few factors, bio load, running the skimmer wet or dry, the type/size of skimmer...

Agreed. There's no set amount of skimmate one should be pulling each day. It varies and depends on the tank.

My skimmer on my 90 never pulled much at all until the pump burned up, and it took two weeks to get a new one. It foamed like crazy for a few weeks, and now it's back to not much at all. So I guess if there isn't much in the water you wont get much skimate.
