How much teaspoons of salt pr liter to get a salinity apr 1.020-1.030?

so you got about 4.75 gallons of water.....

Im not too sure how much salt to add, because im not a chemist. So I asked Dr. Randy Holmes farley for you at this link. He will reply to you within the hour I suspect.

About adding it to your aquarium, if there are living thing in there take a good week or two to add this to your aquarium. Because of its small size, it will extremely stress anything living in it if added all at once.

IO salt is 1/2 cup per gallon. Start out with LESS salt than required, and test the SpG. Then add SLIGHTLY more salt, and test again. Repeat.
