How Not to Hide - Commensal Crabs Take Note.

Took a night flash shot to catch this Trapezia sp. crab who was in the small pink stylo i broke into 5 small frags and spread around the tank a few months back. He now visits all of the frags at night and i see him on 2 or 3 over an evening if i check with the torch, i'll try to snap him on some of the other frags of stylo if anyone's interested as it's quite funny to see him trying to 'own' them all lol.
He was on the other side in full view but shot over to hide when i took the first few out of focus shots so it's not like he didn't have lots of time to get the claw folding bit right...........:debi:

Hey guys, yeah he's pretty hopeless at hiding but i gotta give him points for trying to keep ownership of 5 diff frags, sooner or later someone else is going to move in on one of 'his' stylos lol. Last count i have at least 20 acro crabs so it's always on for young and old when they decide to 'upgrade' colonies.

Potatohead didn't like the flash at all, he took off into the rocks when i was taking the pics lol. He's in love with my new fish now anyway as it lets him actually touch it rather than taking off like the clown does.....:rolleye1:
