How often and what do you feed your reef?

Just as the title says! what do you guys feed your reef? including corals, fish, inverts, ect. i am just trying to decide exactly what i want to do with my reef. thank you

Minimum twice per day. Frozen of different kinds, live blackworms, NLS pellets.

I have about 8 different kinds of frozen that I mix together, sometimes home made stuff of whatever the supermarket has and 3 sizes of NLS pellets. OH and Nori, live baby brine and home grown phyto.
