how often do you feed...

yes I've started breaking up my feedings to a couple times a day. Not too much each time. A peice or two can hardly even make it to the bottom before the fish get it. Then the second time I make sure a bit gets away. That way my shrimp, stars, crabs, and snails can do their scavenging.

Normally I feed twice a day. The first feeding of one of the following: frozen food, flakes, pellets, plankton, etc... using a turkey baster over a 10-15 min period. The second feeding of nori from a clip.

i talked to my friend about my high nitrate problem...160ppm!!! and he says that i feed too much. i usually feed twice a day. 2 cubes each time, no food is wasted, the fishes eats everything. so now i'm down to feeding once a day. what do you guys think?

four cubes per day in a 55g sounds like a bit much, you could probably cut back a bit without hurting the fish at all.
I generally feed morning and night. One meal is a cube or two split between a 65g, 30g and 5.5g. The second is more of a snack, usually just a few pellets. Every other day I put nori on a clip between feedings for the angels and turbo snails to munch on. One or two days a week I skip feeding the 5.5g and 30g, but I don't skip any feedings on the 65g right now because I've got a picky angel I'm trying to fatten up.

Once every other day with a rotation of krill, mysis, cyclopeeze.
feed the anenomes every 1-2 weeks and a squirt of DT's weekly

1 time per day, every day. frozen (cyclop-eeze, f1, f2 & mysis) one day. pellets & flakes the next day with a day of no feeding once per week or so.
