How often to feed?

Lookin to get all the info i can on how to care for these fish before i get them but Cant find much anywhere about how often to feed?

puffers (guinea fowl)

Triggers (Specificaly i want a pinktail and picasso)

And large wrasse's (like red coris, Dragon)

I feed my fowlr twice a day and seaweed once a day I have a big male crosshatch and a few angels and tangs

Once or twice a day.
