How soon to treat?

I got a pair of Pyramid Butterflies today. One looks great but the other is breathing fast and has a lot of ich on his head and maybe some on his fins. Should I go ahead and start treatment now or try to get them eating first? Is Cupramine ok for Butterflies?

If you're seeing Ich, I say begin treatment ASAP. IME most butterflies do fine with Cupramine. Just ramp it up slowly - over 3 or 4 days.
