how to catch a peppermint shrimp?

would like to save him from an interceptor treatment. any tips in catching him?

This has always worked for me. Get a piece of food, place in a net, then slowly decend the net to where the Shrimp are. Wait for the Shrimp to get into the net then hurry and pull the net, with the Shrimp, out of your tank.
