How to clean acrylic tank?

What way have you found to be the best without scratching the inside of an acrylic tank? I am currently using an "Acrylic Safe" Algae Free Great White cleaning magnet but notice an occasional fine scratch from it. No big deal right now but I'm afraid after a year or two they will begin to accumulate. Also spoke with the builder of my tank and he suggested using just the edge of a credit card. That would take a long time for this is a 360 gallon tank. Just FYI it is a bare bottom system. Thanks for any advice.

I too use an algae scraper, but I put the soft felt part on the inside, and put the "scratchy" part on the outside. But I cut a piece of a micro fiber towel to fit on the magnet, so it won't scratch the tank. I also don't go anywhere near the sand with it. I stop a couple of times on each pain to make sure I havn't picked anything up also.

HTH, and makes sence.
