How to feed anthias

I have a female hutchii anthias. I've been feeding her twice per day w/ mysis and phytoplankton. I've been trying to feed her flakes and pellets but she would split them out. School is starting soon so i won't have time to feed her twice a day, that's y im rushing to teach her to eat prepared food

How did you guys get your anthias to eat prepared foods?

try the garlic extract yet? you could feed flakes the same time as frozen so it shares the same scent

Yes i've tried garlic with formula 1 pellets. The anthias would go nutz for the smell then would just spit the pellets out once it finds out the food is not mysis
