how to frag a leather

i hav a 26 gallon softie tank and a huge leather inside it...im curious as to how i could frag this piece

Usually you can just cut a piece off and attach it to some rubble with some thread. Since it's large and it's in a small tank I would highly recommend doing it outside the tank as leathers can release toxins when fragged.

What type of leather is it, leathers like colt and yellow Fiji can be quite tricky to frag.
