I have a beautiful Male McCosker flasher wrasse who is in a 90 gallon reef tank , he is very active and has amazing colors when he flashes but doesnt flash so often ,sometimes when he gets excited by feeding time or other random times when he sees his reflection in the glass but not to often ! How can i get him to flash more often ??? , i know theres the mirror trick or Either I was thinking about getting another male McCoskers or 1 female (cant afford the bio load of a hareem) but i dont want the males to fight Or i can get another type of flasher possible a male (spot lined flasher )Paracheilinus lineopunctatus or a male (blue flasher wrasse) Paracheilinus cyaneus and have them flash together .
any advice would be great
thank you

put other fairy or flashers in the tank. different kinds would be ideal

I agree . My male McCoskers flashes at my male fairy wrasses all the time . The McCoskers is currently the only flasher in the tank .

yep like they said, another wrasse would be ideal, but try not to get 2 of the same species, as they are more likely to quarrel more often...

My flashers flash when I feed, when they see their reflection, when they see other flasher wrasses. They also flash as females (which are not easy to find)
