How to get Anenome to Move

I have an anenome that is getting out of control and taking over, it has split into 3 or 4 anenomes and each piece is at least 6-8" in diameter. I would like to get two seperated so I can sell them. They are located within a group of rocks. I have tried to gently remove them by hand but their foot is down in the cracks of the rocks and doesnt want to let go. Is there a secret to coerce it away from the rocks?

If they are firmly planeted and not moving why are they causing problems. IME they are only a problem when the trounce over all your other corals...

There is one that keeps climbing on and bothering one of my approx 4" crocea clams. Since there is 4 of them they are just taking up more rom than I would like. Thanks for the suggesions, I'll give them a try
