How to get rock anemone out of hole in rock?

Anyone have suggestions on how to get rock anemone out of hole they called home for a year?

If you need it done quickly and you can remove the rock, I've heard of suspending the rock with the nem inverted over a bucket of water and eventually it will move out of the hole seeking water dropping into the bucket. I've never done this but have read it being successful. Iirc they said it took about 20 min. before the nem dropped.
I think the easiest to try is point a PH at it and see if it moves where you can get to it for removal. You can also try covering it with a small length of PVC so that it has to move through it to get to the light and when it starts moving into the PVC you remove it with the nem inside. Good luck!

turn the rock over!!! It will move when it does it is easy to get of rock!! This works almost everytime!!!!
