How to get your Nano setup?

Where can I find info on setting up my nano reef? I bought the Aquapod and need a step by step noobie guide to getting it up and running.....

Sorry to barge in, but wanted to know if you got the 150w lamp? If you did, where did you get it?

If you are going reef.
Take out the cermic rings, and the bio balls (throw away)
Then follow directions below.

If you are going FOWLR.
Make sure the pump is connected properly
Place heater in sump but don't plug in yet
Mix up water in bucket
add LR
add LS
add carbon bag to sump
add Water to tank from bucket
plugin pump and heater
turn on lights

Wait for water to clear

add 1 UNCOOKED shrimp for 2 days then remove

Start testing water daily for A, Trites, and Trates
When A is 0, trites are 0, and trates are low add stuff slowly..

do water changes weekly AFTER you staring adding livestock
