how to handle dynoflagellates/cyano in a 10 G nano?

i would limit feeding, but im already using just a small amount every other day for just one 6 line wrasse.

I would use chemicals then skim out, but i do not use a skimmer on this system.

I am fairly sure its dynoflaggelletes, its brown not red, and its all over rockwork and the back wall which i do not clean. the substrate is mostly clean.

any suggestions other than just manual removal? Anyone tried chemicals in nanos?

thx

In a 10 gallon I would a 50% water change and syphon the dinos off the rock and sand. Reduced lighting cycle will also help along with increased flow. Keep doing big water changes and you'll have healthy tank in no time.
Chemicals would just be a quick fix but it's better to fix the problem for good.
