How to heat 600g

knockout

Really Cool Stuff!
I have a setup of 25 tanks connected thru a common sump, the problem is how to heat all this moving water... someone recommended I use a jacuzzi heater, will that hold? I doubt it!
any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Probably your best bet is to maintain room temperature to control the water temperature and only use supplementary heaters in the sump to smooth out minor irregularities.

You get big (3000W) titanium heaters. Alternatively consider a heat pump with a titanium exchanger. You can pick them up here (South Africa) for around $1000. They'll save around two thirds of your electricity bill.

A jacuzzi heater is more then enough, remember these heaters are designed to heat 600 to 2000 gallon at no more then 104 degrees and hold it there. If you are serious about using one talk to your local pool supply store and tell them what you are looking at doing. You will need to pump from sump through your heater and back to the sump (a closed loop for your sump).

You might want to look at Aquadyne 1000 watt fire plug that should do just fine.
