How to install media reactor with not much room? (JBJ 28G)

I'm having an issue with green algae and some unhappy corals.

I run an Aquamaxx-HOB skimmer and only feed my 3 fish once a day but I still seem to have an abundance of nutrients.

I've just ordered the Innovative Marine MiniMax All-In-One Media Reactor mostly do to it's small form factor. But taking a look at my rear compartments I'm not quite sure how/where to install it.

Any ideas?

I use a mj1200 pump in the dt, the reactor is under the tank in the cabinet, and then it get routed back into the tank.
