how to know whether the flow is enough for sps ?

what kinda of indication that the flow is just enough ?

is it that there is slight waving of the poly ?

i have 2xtunze 6105 in my tank 4x2x2ft

You should check out the thread poll for "flow for SPS." I'm not sure if this is the exact title of the thread, but it should be pretty easy to find since I just posted on it :thumbsup:

Focus on total tank turnover with your power heads and return. My tank turnover in a 100g is 80 times per hour.
