How to raise sea urchins?

I just started raising sea urchins. May I ask what sea urchins like to eat the most and what kind can be kept with them? Thanks

Welcome! Try searching "Martin Moe Urchins", he was the first to raise diadem urchins to settlement. You might also see if you can find any info on Hornemann Mueseum's Project Coral. They raise tuxedourchins along side Acropora millipora larva.
