how to rebound from over heating bleach

well long story short my tank over heat an bleached out some of my nice zoas an palys whats the fatsest way to get em to come back

Don't worry about speed at this point. They can come back, zoas can be incredibly resilient to bleaching. Don't change too much at this point and just keep the heat normal.

I have had zoas come back from a lot (have also had them melt from nothing but that is another thread) so just be patient.
